Description
Abstract: After the 5800m3 blast furnace was put into operation in 2009, The Thermal Camerastarted observing the burden surface and gasflow conditionsin the furnace. BFThermal Camerawithhigh resolution chip was upgraded in 2017. Much clear image of the burden surface and gasflow conditions were obtained.Operators can understand very wellthe situation inside the vessel all the time. AnotherdedicatedThermal Camerainstalled toobserve chute movement is used also to watch the condition of around lining board. Thermal Camera is beneficial to assist BF operation and equipment maintenance.
