It was described the development necessity of complete equipment for large forging hydraulic press. The general scheme of complete equipment consisting of 125MN double column open-die forging hydraulic press, and 1800kN/4000kN-m rail bound forging manipulator was proposed. A series of advanced design methods and key technologies were presented, such as digital prototype, co-simulation, visual platform, and so on. The integrated innovation has realized based on the construction, driven model, control strategy of complete equipment for forging hydraulic press, providing high forging precision and fast response speed under different technological parameters. Application results show the complete equipment can well satisfy the process requirements, and its overall performance parameters reach the international advanced level.
